The Challenge

The Project


The client organisation was managing the integration of a >2500 person EU-based global business (made up of multiple non-integrated affiliates) into a >35,000 person US-based global business. The desire was to create a world-leading organisation with systems, ways of working and a functional operating model that allowed for true collaboration in a matrix environment, whilst aiming to minimise disruption and hit revenue targets.

  • Interviewed 50 senior leaders to gain insight followed by an executive summary presentation.

  • Developed compelling change narrative.

  • Extensive stakeholder mapping​.

  • Project Health and Risk Assessment​.

  • Leadership team session to clarify and align on the project, purpose, particulars and people impact (4Ps).

  • Worked alongside the project management, and communications teams.

  • 5 core change strategies formed the Change Management Plan​.

  • ADKAR and Resistance Management Planning by impacted group.​

  • Formed and hosted Change Network of 220 people.

  • Formed a sponsorship coalition to support the sponsor and the change.​

  • Bespoke workshops for leaders on leading through change.

  • Developed a change playbook and change toolkit for leaders.
