How we helped a UK business unit move from a “steady and successful” mindset to a more commercially focused, strategic approach through targeted culture change and practical support.



The Challenge

The Project


A Business Unit in a UK organisation (60 people) was undergoing a cultural transformation to change its approach to how the team become more business focussed and utilise different planning techniques and tools. It was a challenging mindset shift as performance was strong. 


What We Delivered As Change Partners


  • Built a high level change and comms plan with the project lead.

  • Built a change narrative with the project lead and 5 key stakeholders to be used to share with organisation wide stakeholders and team members.

  • Facilitated workshops with leaders within the team covering:

    • What they were moving from and to and what the gaps were from their perspective followed by action planning.

    • What parts of their current approach should be brought into the new world.

    • Leading through change and how to plan for change utilising ADKAR™

  • Worked with a partner organisation who created a capability framework to support the shift in behaviours.
